OB-1119 Ohaus Heavy-Duty Solution Balance is a dual-beam mechanical balance with a maximum capacity of 20kg and 0.1g readability, offering precision and high-capacity weighing. The base and beam are cast aluminum with an epoxy powder coating that resists common acids. The 11in (279mm) diameter corrosion-resistant stainless steel platform can handle large samples or containers. Magnetic damping allows for a speedy weighing process. The two beams provide direct readings up to 1,100g, while the included slotted mass set increases weighing capacity to 20kg. Self-aligning bearings require little to no maintenance, and are protected by covers. A locking tare feature allows multiple weighing procedures for samples up to 2,270g. Offers solid and precise performance in the most rugged conditions. A stainless steel scoop is also included.
